Great shot, there's a touch of something nostalgia here. Reminds me from a scene in a Gabriel Garcia Marquez book. I like the way the shadows are falling against the buildings and the fridge left outside in disrepair. Great work

@Chris Sullivan: Thanks Chris. I loved this corner when I frist saw it; It had a faded sense of abandonment, of purposelessness; like those summer places one visits in winter.
Wonderful nostalgic picture, looks a bit abandoned, but looks as if it were in the 60's or 70's, beautfiful shadows, excellent work!

That little horse would be worth heaps on ebay I reckon for a collector of antiques. I wonder if it's still 20c to ride. Great Nostalgic blast from the past!!! Most impressed...b&w would have sealed this picture.

thanks for the comments, though i disagree with Colour Blind, I think b/w would not suit this picture, too much whites (the horse would have been "merged" with the wall, which is slightly overexposed) and it would have lost the reds and blues, which, in my opinion, give the picture its personality. but, of course, that's open to debate. anyway, thanks for the comments

Hey, very nostalgic and abandoned feeling, and I think the faded colours fit perfectly. Well captured.
