A woman sits alone drinking wine, a public place that is totally empty - the opposite of community; we think of all types of stories to go with this photo. Excellent work.

Beautiful, it has such a sense of solace and loneliness and yet, it still has an elegant, vintage, gracefullness to it. It reminds me of a modern day breakfast at tiffany's. I really love this, it's strikingly well done.

Way to intrigue the viewer, this shot makes you want to know the "story" behind the photo. Love the composition and the fact that it is in B&W just makes it even more striking!

This image tells a story – could be pathetic or strong. I like the composition and especially to look (as the viewer) in the same direction as the woman does.

I agree with H.O this is a very elegant shot. Looking at the art deco lettering in the cafe sign and the hat on the woman's head this photo coul have been shot in the 20s.
